The School Academic Leadership Team, shortly SALT is a team of the following members:

 

Mr. Bishnu Prasad Dhakal, Principal

Mr. Dhakal is a successful academician who has spent more than 18 years teaching Science in Nepal and abroad. He is familiar with both national and international education and has implemented hands-on education in his workplace.

He has earned a master’s degree in Physics from Tribhuvan University, Nepal and a post-graduate degree in Professional Development in Teaching from Abudabhi Universily, UAE.

Professional Achievements:

  • Teacher, Physics (2016-2021), Head of Science Department at Baraem Al Ain Private School (Amerian Curriculum), UAE (2019-2021)
  • Head of Science Faculty at Laboratory Higher Secondary School, Kirtipur, Kathmandu (2010-2016) and Physics Instructor at Uniglobe College, Kathmandu (2014-2016)
  • Physics Instructor for Master’s Programme at Patan Multiple Campus, Lalitpur (2010-2016) and Goldengate Int’l College, Kathmandu (2013-2014)
  • Secondary Level Science Teacher at Standard Co-ed School, Kalanki, Kathmandu (2004- 2010)

 

Dr. Min Prasad Khanal, Academic Director & Head of Research Division

Dr. Min Pd. Khanal is an accomplished personality with academic and professional experiences harnessed from two completely separate parts of the globe. Dr. Khanal has spent more than 12 years teaching Physics in nationally and internationally acclaimed institutions. Additionally, he has research and professional work experience in world leader tech organisations from which he envisions how important is academic achievement to land in a professional career.

Min aims to equip the students from his hometown with 21st-century demand education so that they can climb the professional career ladder globally.

He has earned a PhD in Physics from Auburn University, USA, and a dual M.Sc. in Physics from TU, Nepal and Auburn University, USA.

Mrs. Lajita Sharma, Vice-principal (Academics)

Mrs. Sharma is a specialist in Children's Academic and Psychological Aspects and has been involved in the teaching profession for the past 12 years which can be split into two different time periods: five  years in Nepal and seven years in UAE.

She has acquired a BA in English Literature and an MA in Early Childhood Education and Gender Equality from TU.
